Terroza Crack Filler

Terroza Crack Filler is composed of high quality weather durable acrylic emulsion polymers with silicon. This is a single pack,ready to use flexible crack filler for filling the cracks in plastered surface because it has excellent bonding, ease of application, water resistance, aesthetic appearance & durability. It is formulated by our team using quality assured raw material in appropriate composition for interior and exterior crack filling.

Depends on the depth and width of crack.

Areas of Application:

Internal & external plastered brick masonry wall cracks.

Method of Application

Surface must be free from dust, oil grease, lose particles etc.
Moisten the surface before applying Terroza Crack Filler.
Fine hair line cracks must be widended up to 2mm minimum and then filled with Terroza Crack Filler.

Existing Paint, Putty, POP etc. must be removed from surface till plaster is exposed before filling Terroza Crack Filler.
Stir continuously Terroza Crack Filler to obtain a homogeneous lump free paste.

Care must be taken to avoid for mation of cavities or bubbles during application.
Press Crack filler firmly into the cracks with putty blend or trowel and level it to the surface.
Allow it to set for 24 hours.

Precautions & Limitations

Not for application in cracks of structural members, expansion joints & separation gaps.
Material to be tightly closed after application.
Clean tools and hands with soap and warm water.

Packaging & Storage

Terroza Crack Filler is supplied in 2Kg. & 3Kg.
It has a shelf life of 6 months, if stored in a cool& dry place.
